Plain-language summary of how this website handles your information.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote request form: your name, email, phone number, event type, date, start time and address, your photo-layout and theme ideas, any notes, an optional reference photo, and the package you selected with its estimated price.

How it is used

To answer your request, send you a quote and, if you go ahead, plan and run your event. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who handles it

• Bay Memories receives your request by email and in a private booking dashboard that only the owners can open.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers the request email.
• Supabase stores requests and the booking calendar in a private database.
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim receives the address you type in order to suggest matches and estimate travel distance.
• Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces.
• Cloudflare hosts the website.
